Dubai Properties appoints Finnish company Admares for the first phase of its Marasi Business Bay project
Dubai Properties has appointed Finnish company Admares for the first phase of its Marasi Business Bay project.The company will build 10 “floating” water homes, two restaurants and a yacht club at the site, which will also contain 12 kilometres worth of boardwalk on the banks of the canal in Business Bay, according to the TheNational report.
Marasi Business Bay is being developed by Dubai Holding company – Dubai Properties Group, and is set to span 12km of waterfront promenade on the Dubai Water Canal project at Dubai Creek. It’s is cued to become a major landmark in Dubai, an inspirational residential, leisure and retail community building on the heritage of Dubai Creek.
Boasting the longest waterfront promenade in the UAE, Marasi Business Bay will offer unique and innovative developments including the country’s first ever water homes, floating restaurants, varied leisure facilities, and extensive yacht berthing across five marinas.
The 12km waterfront promenade will encompass expansive green spaces, business and retail units, and unique dining experiences in the form of floating restaurants. Five palm tree lined marinas accommodating berthing for 1,250 yachts will provide a spectacular gateway to the three themed areas of Marasi Business Bay; The Yacht Club, The Pier, and The Park.
