Eco World Development Group Berhad (EcoWorld) has introduced four new projects worth RM1 billion with its EcoWorld’s Firsts campaign last week. The campaign showcased two new projects in the Klang Valley which are Eco Grandeur and Eco Ardence, one project in Penang, namely Eco Bloom@EcoMeadows and Eco Business Park II (EBP II) in Iskandar Malaysia.

-Eco Ardence is the 1st EcoWorld township where Art, Culture and Commerce are interwoven within the very fabric of community living;Eco Ardence in Shah Alam is spread over 533 acres of prime freehold land just off the NKVE and offers luxurious semi- detached homes and bungalows to meet the lifestyle needs of the matured upgrader market.

-Eco Grandeur sees the creation of the 1st EcoWorld homes within the elegant embrace of beautifully designed Victorian gardens;Eco Grandeur in Ijok is a massive 1,400-acre mass residential township designed with first-time homeowners and young families in mind.

-Eco Bloom offers the 1st EcoWorld Integrated Sky-homes set amidst the backdrop of English-inspired gardens up north in Penang;Eco Bloom on the Penang Mainland is an integrated high-rise commercial and residential development situated within the Group’s Eco Meadows township.

-Eco Business Park II which is located close to the Senai airport will enable the Group to design the 1st EcoWorld Business Park in Iskandar Malaysia with superb connectivity to the world via airports, seaports and expressways.EBP II offers cluster and semi- detached factories geared specifically towards meeting the needs of SMEs and MNCs doing business in Iskandar Malaysia.
