KSH wins S$145.7 million contract To build research building for the National University Of Singapore

KSH Holdings Limited , a well-established construction, property development and property management group, announced  it has clinched a S$145.7 million contract from the National University of Singapore (“NUS”).

Under the scope of the project, KSH will erect a Research Building comprising 16 floors and a basement. The project, which will lift KSH’s order book to over S$360 million, is expected to commence on April 1, 2017 and complete within 24 months. Mr. Choo Chee Onn (“朱峙安”), Executive Chairman and Managing Director of KSH, said, “This new contract win demonstrates our ability to navigate challenges in our operating environment to stay resilient, leveraging on our competitive strengths – a comprehensive suite of capabilities, established track record and a strong balance sheet. It is also an indication that there are suitable opportunities present for us to capitalise on while protecting our healthy margins, hence we remain optimistic on the outlook of the construction industry.”

The project is expected to progressively contribute positively to KSH’s financial performance from FY2018.
