The mixed-use project to be built in Midtown, Manhattan, will cost $ 310 million. The project will include a luxury hotel, residential and retail units.

The mixed-use project will be built at 3750 Woodward Ave and will cover an area of ​​approximately 3.8 acres. The project will open in December 2020. Mid, multi-family, luxury, living together and affordable housing will include housing. The mixed-use project will be retail, parking and public areas for city dwellers and visitors.

The plot where the project was to be built was formerly Wayne State University Physicians Group.

Developers will have 250 multi-family residences and 60 high-end luxury homes in Mid. The project will include 216,000 square meters of hotels and 100,000 square meters of retail space. Retailers have not yet been announced. The project includes a parking garage of 744 vehicles. The developers say it will run a 228-room luxury boutique hotel with an award-winning hotel brand.

“There was a real opportunity in Midtown to address a number of community needs, from housing and retail, to inclusive public spaces creating a walkable, welcoming, uplifting space,” Shane Napper, the group’s development manager, said in a statement

Developers are expected to create 1,800 construction jobs and 400 permanent jobs in the project.
