Erguvan İnşaat and Demirbaş Yapı started apartment sales of Wroof in November 2013. Now 45% is sold and they are building a new project next to the first one.
After the successful launch of their mutual project Wroof in Kurtköy, İstanbul, Erguvan İnşaat and Demirbaş Yapı are constructing a new housing complex on the Bakü Caddesi next to their first project.
This new project which is still in preparation will be constructed on 7,500 square meter grounds with an investment amount of TL 30 million.
This new development does not have a name yet, but will consist of 100 apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.
Erguvan İnşaat ve Demirbaş Yapı are planning to realize 7 more projects in the next 2 years. 400,000 square meter grounds are allocated for these projects.
Apartment sales at WBahçe, their previous venture, have closed successfully.
