The Al Habtoor Group has launched the sale of the highly-anticipated Residence Collection, Al Habtoor City at a VIP event at The St. Regis Dubai on Monday March 21, 2016.
Co-hosting the exclusive event was Mohammed Al Habtoor, Vice-Chairman & CEO, Al Habtoor Group and Dr Brian Etemad, CEO, Tamleek Real Estate Co, a luxury real estate company based in Dubai with an elite clientele.
“Al Habtoor City is the new centre of Dubai in an unparalleled location. It is right on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal and on Sheikh Zayed Road,” he said. “The Residence Collection at Al Habtoor City has added value from the Hotel Collection and Leisure Collection all within the confines of the development. Everything residents need is on their doorstep from restaurants to gourmet cafés and stylish boutiques and the regions first-ever permanent water themed production by Dragone, which is exclusively choreographed for the City.”
There are three towers within the Residence Collection at Al Habtoor City; Noura and Amna, both scaling 74 floors and boasting unobstructed 360 degree views of Dubai and Meera, a 52 floor luxury tower. There are more than 1,000 units between, sharing exceptional amenities, including the UAE’s largest pool deck measuring 35,000 square feet, a state of the art fitness centre and club house complete with personal trainers and yoga studio, and a tennis academy with an indoor air-conditioned court. In addition, there is a clinic, a crèche and supermarket and a host of other conveniences right on the doorstep. The Ultimate Collection includes 12 penthouses, three of which are VIP penthouses spread over four floors of ultimate living, and complete with two top floors of private entertainment space.
The development sits directly on the Dubai Water Canal, which is due to be completed later this year. Once complete, it will connect Al Habtoor City to the Dubai Creek and Arabian Gulf. The 3-kilometer-long canal walkway will be lined with shops and restaurants providing Al Habtoor City Residents with endless lifestyle choices. Al Habtoor City boasts its own Marina, giving residents the opportunity to dock their boats on the Dubai Water Canal.
