The hotel at Athens Riviera, operated by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, owned by AGC Equity Partners, will be reopened on 29 March. The hotel in Greece has undergone extensive maintenance work.

The National Bank of Greece and the Asset Development Fund of the Republic of Greece announced the sale of the hotel five years ago. Over the past five years the hotel has been renovated. A super luxury hotel, travelers will be the most visited venue in Greece. The hotel has 101 rooms and suites. Other than this, there are 61 beach bungalows.

The hotel can be booked for all seasons of the year. The hotel was invested approximately 650 million euros during the reservation. This work is currently the largest tourism project in Greece. During the restoration, the hotel was completely renovated and added to the luxury accommodation facilities.

Apart from these there are conference and event venues, a spa and luxury boutiques.

The hotel was renovated by the Greek architects Meyer Davis and Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, working together with international partners such as AETER and K-studio.

The region was first recognized in the 19th century thanks to the therapeutic waters of Lake Vouliagmeni. Many people began to visit the area to find healing. The area was built of different buildings and restora. Then a hotel in Vouliagmeni wanted to be built, but the second world war began.

In 1954, the Astir Company started to build a hotel. Architects such as Emmanouil Vourekas, Perikles Sakellarios, Prokopis Vasileiadis and Konstantinos Dekavallas were appointed for the construction of the hotel.
