Avison Young Principals Greg Martin and Justin Cope have completed the first preleasing agreement at The Edison Pembroke Pines. Aquila Software will occupy 28,890 square feet at the 330,000-square-foot, Class A project in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Stoltz Realty Florida Vice President Jason Carros represented the tenant.

The Edison Pembroke Pines is located at 1200 and 1400 S.W. 145th Ave. along Interstate 75. It is 27 miles of Fort Lauderdale and 34 miles of Miami. Upon completion, the property will consist of two three-storey buildings and a 5,000-square-foot amenity building.

Greg Martin, said, “The lease represents a relocation in South Florida, as Aquila Software will consolidate offices from Fort Lauderdale and Medley into its new space at The Edison. The premier development caters to today’s workforce with its creative design and close proximity to the 400,000-square-foot upscale lifestyle center, The Shops at Pembroke Gardens.”
