Diyar Al Muharraq, the urban development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced the successful turnout of people interested in purchasing the Second and Final phase of ‘Al Qamra’ freehold residential plots, with over 50% plots sold since the project officially opened to the public. Sales for the second and final phase of ‘Al Qamra’ kicked off last Saturday 3rd December 2016 at the Diyar Al Muharraq Sales Centre.

The Second and Final phase of ‘Al Qamra’ launched 54 freehold residential plots ranging from 300 to 550 square metres, catering to different housing needs. The project witnessed a high demand, attracting a large number of locals and expatriates in search of residential and investment plots in one of the most prominent real estate development projects in the Kingdom.

Commenting on the launch of the second and final phase of ‘Al Qamra’ for sale, Dr. Maher Al Shaer, Chief Executive Officer said: “Following the remarkable success witnessed with selling phase one of ‘Al Qamra’ freehold residential plots in a short amount of time, we are pleased to have launched the second and final phase of the project for sale to investors.”
