Bellefield Development Partners to develop a mixed-use project in New York
Bellefield Development Partners, a subsidiary of the real estate company T-Rex Capital Group, will launch a $ 500 million mixed-use development project in New York.
Bellefield Development Partners will sign a mixed-use agreement at the historic Hyde Park of $ 500 million. The mixed-use project will include residences and retail spaces.
A mixed-use project will be included in a hotel. The hotel is expected to be a class A quality hotel. The hotel will include 150 chefs and famous chefs. The hotel will include restaurants, a spa, a conference center, an indoor / outdoor pool and a sports facility.
The hotel will have views of the Hudson River and the Hudson Valley. Bellefield Development Partners has partnered with Shaner Hotel Group and Bob McCarthy, former COO at Marriott International for its newly developed hotel.
The first phase of the hotel construction started in July 2018 and the development has not been completed yet. The construction of the hotel will include a 133-room lifestyle at the Residence Inn. This first study comes with the first combined investment of $ 60 million.
