Bluestone Organization and Crown Holdings recently celebrated the beginning of construction at 1182 Woodycrest Avenue in the Bronx. The nine-storey building in the Highbridge district of the district was designed by Crown Architecture and Consulting. The size of the project is 40 thousand 808 square meters.

Once completed, the building will include a mix of 45 rented apartments between one to three bedroom rooms. The size of one will be divided into households and between 30 and 80 percent of AMI, while a total of nine units will be marketed as affordable independent residences for older people, mostly named by AIRS. This designation allows developers to scale up their projects.

Furthermore, residential rooms include laundry facilities, an outdoor terrace, a shared lounge, bicycle rental and parking. It contains a community area for the elderly in buildings.
