British real estate firm will construct student accommodation house in Cork
London-based Round Hill, together with NBK Capital, an investment company in the Middle East will construct student accommodation house in Cork.
Cork project will cost $ 19 million.
Therewithal two companies developing purpose built student in Cork, Dublin, and Galler. Companies will heat up student accommodation industry.
The building in Cork will be managed by Nido Student.
Round Hill, built and managed over 110,000 residential units and student housing beds in recent years.
