When Buying Property In Turkey, you have to take care  these points:

1-All contracts should be done at the Land Registery And Cadastre,

2-Before official sale, to do Preliminary Sales Contract,

3-To sign Preliminary Sales Contract  in notary,

4-Housing sizes should  not be much than 30 hectare,

5-To get permission from Military Authority,

6-To control whether property is encumbered ,

7-To research sellers and transactions,
