Carter Towler acquires three city centre properties
Carter Towler had acquires three property. It has just concluded three purchases in LS2 close to the university, Leeds General Infirmany and the city centre on behalf of its client Yorkshire Prosperity Limited (YPL).
The company has purchased Malham House, 25-27 Hyde Terrace and late last year Southfield House, Clarendon Road and Springfield Mount, 19 Springfield Road.
Malham House is 10,933 square feet. It was purchased off a guide price of £1.125 million. Southfield House is 5,891 sq ft. The property was purchased off a guide price of £650,000. Another sold property is 9,653 sq ft Springfield Mount. It was sold for £1.05 million. Besides, all the these assets were bought with vacant possession.
Carter Towler was created in 2008 by the merger of Towlers and Carter and Co, two of the best known commercial surveying and property consultancy names in Leeds.
