According to the research of the property consultant Knight Frank, there are still more than 400 branded projects in the world. Buyers are willing to pay 132 percent of their branded residences in Bangkok and 69 percent in Kuala Lumpur compared to unbranded housing. According to the report, approximately 40 percent of new real estate in Thailand is branded.
Most of such real estate properties are hotel branded buildings such as JW Marriott, Four Seasons, Versace and Aman Resorts. These houses offer luxury hotel amenities such as private chefs, room service and 24-hour concierge service.
Dubai is the place with the most branded property. Here are the brands such as The W.Jumeirah and Bulgari.
In Europe, the branded concept is more limited. According to the survey, only 7 percent of new residences are within this scope. There is a serious demand for branded residences in Australia.
