Dubai Land Department (DLD) is continuing its efforts to develop the mechanisms for implementing Decree No. 43 of 2013 pertaining to the rate of rent increases in Dubai.
The department said that it is working on ensuring the implementation of the decree for the stability of the real estate market, and making sure that the noble intent and objectives behind the decree come into effect.
