Dubai’s ultra luxury developer Omniyat said that work is in full swing at Anwa by Omniyat, its key residential project located at Dubai Maritime City (DMC) and is on track for handover by the second quarter of 2020.

Anwa by Omniyat is the foremost residential project at DMC, an exciting seafront development that will stand out as the guiding star of Dubai Maritime City.


The company said a statement, Omniyat is looking forward to welcoming homeowners in Q2 of 2020 making them the first residents of this luxury waterfront development.
