Egypt’s Beta to invest $15.1m for New Cairo project
Beta Egypt Urban Developments has reportedly revealed that it is exploring building permits for its New Cairo project. In addition the compay will invest a further $15.1m.
Ala Fikry, Beta’s chairperson, said that the company plans to increase implementation rates for the developments by the end of the third quarter of 2019.
The project is built on an area of 36ha in Mostakbal City, New Cairo, and is being implemented over six phases with initial investments of $361.7 million. Beta intends to implement the first phase of the project early 2020, which includes about 500 housing units with total initial investments of about $60.2 million, out of a total of $361.7 million for the whole project.
