Florida’s new estate hot spot Hallandale Beach
Hallandale Beach, formerly known for its political problems and horse races, rises with its valued properties in recent years.
Hallandale, located in the state of Florida in the USA, is a region that has rapidly increased property values in the country with its location close to the sea and natural beauties. The region, which once was known for many different events, is now flocking to Hallandale, many Americans who want to invest in real estate.
International says Scott Patterson, senior vice president of EWM Realty International, who has been a real estate broker in the area for over two decades. Since 2018, the price of houses in Hallandale increased by 19 percent. In December alone, home sales rose 42 percent. These figures are more than the house numbers sold in Miami.
There are single-storey houses in the area instead of apartment blocks. Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim recently built a new mansion. A high school, adult playground and various hotel brands were opened recently.
Hallandale Beach is a town in Broward County, located in the state of Florida in the United States. The population of the city is 37,113 on 26 November 2009 and the metropolitan population is 5,564,635.
