The project comprises studios,2 bedrooms,3 bedrooms,4 bedrooms and 5 bedrooms types in project.
There are different payment options in project.The first plan consists of 10 percent down payment and the second 15 percent of payment is in October,2015,The third 15 percent of payment is in May 2015.The rest of payment is being made by using bank loan.
And the other payment plan consists of 50 percent down payment with using bank loan for the rest of maoney.
Deliveries of project is scheduled for October,2015.Sancaktepe Evre Gedizler project is composed of playing grounds for childs,sport areas,fitness center,sauna and swimming pools.
