Generali Real Estate acquired the Marienforum office building in Frankfurt, Germany. The purchase price was not announced by the parties.

Generali Real Estate, a joint venture with Poste Vita, acquired the French office. The transaction is the first agreement on behalf of a joint venture aimed at joint investment in the European real estate sector. The property will be funded by the Perella Weinberg Real Estate Fund II.

The property is located in an important commercial area from the city center. The 10-storey building has a height of 40 meters. The building is currently home to ABN AMRO / Bethmann Bank and other office tenants.

The transaction financed by a German bank is in line with the company’s retail strategy.
