Holland office portfolio, which is one of the most important office portfolios in the country, was sold to Harbert Management Corporation with the combination of many vendors. The purchase price has not been announced.

A Dutch office portfolio, known as the bishop of the project, was sold to Harbert Management Corporation with the participation of multiple vendors under the supervision of Harbert European Real Estate Fund V LP.

The office portfolio consists of three separate portfolios, usually consisting of the total assets in the Randtan region. The portfolio is spread over an area of 69,000 m². The portfolio benefits from 81 percent occupancy. The portfolio is a profitable combination for safe revenue and added value potential.
