Home prices rose by 0.8 percent compared to August and 7.6 percent year over year in September, according to the Nasdaq OMX Valueguard-KTH Housing Index (HOX) latest statistics.

Sweden flat prices increased by 6,2 pct year-over-year and rose by 1,5 percent compared to August.The highest increase has realized in Malmoe with 14,6 percent year-over-year in Sweden while flat prices rose 3.1 % in Stockholm.

Single-family home prices rose 8.6 percent in September compared to the September 2015.
