Two of the world’s most popular holiday routes in the Bahamas are waiting for the new owners of the holiday village. The resorts of Cat Island are among the natural beauties.

Nassau-based real estate consultations have listed 3 properties, including Engel and Volkers in the Bahamas, Fernandez, Bay Village, Greenwood Beach Resort, and Hawks Nest Cay located on the southwestern tip of Cat Island.

Fernandez and Greenwood were run by the same family for years. Hawks Nest Cay is an island. Both resorts have untouched beaches. The two resorts are frequently visited by travelers in recent years. The hotels are close to the historical assets of the Bahamas.

“The Bahamas is perfectly positioned for the changes that are taking place internationally and these properties on Cat Island check all the boxes, including; niche market experiences, the layout of the resorts cater to both the hotel customer and the vacation rental market, the trend is larger vacation homes for families and groups of friends and these resorts offer a ‘rent the entire property’ opportunity,” said Colin Lightbourn, license partner and real estate advisor for Engel and Volkers. “Collectively the properties can also fill a void on the island by creating new amenities and experiences for each other.”
