4.5 billion dollars Project will make İstanbul as international finance. Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Ali Babacan liked submitted projects at meeting in government agencies. Ziraat Bank and Halk Bank Vakıfbank have realised the phase of the Project. After the approval of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Registration phase will be passed. Capital Markets Board (CMB), the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency did not present yet. When it is completed, will employ 50 thousand people. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2015. The center will be located at the intersection of Atasehir E5 and TEM.
