Emaar Turkey, the wholly-owned subsidiary of global property developer Emaar Properties, is developing the country’s first Designer Outlet in Istanbul’s Büyükçekmece district.

Drawing on their world class retail experience Emaar and RDM will bring Istanbul’s first luxury designer outlet which will be home to the world’s finest brands with the open-air look and atmosphere of a historical Italian town.

Istanbul Florentia Village will reference more than two millennia of glorious Italian architecture, taking visitors on a journey back into the past while they shop among the finest international luxury brands. Architecturally dazzling, the outlet will reconstruct the intimate fabric of an Italian city neighbourhood in an open-air style, reinterpreting the way that the historic centres of typical Italian towns redesign social relations.

Thus Florentia Village aims not only to be a shopping centre, but also a meeting place, where it is a pleasure to spend the day with family and friends in comfortable environment.

Located centrally in Tuscan Valley, the Florentia Village, in an area of 203,000 sq. meters with a total rentable space of over 45.000 sq. meter, will be housing more than 150 stores.
