Oscar-wining actor Jeff Brides has put his four-acre compound in Montecito on thee market for $8 million. The propertyon San Leandro Lane includes a 100-year old Spanish Revival-style home, pool house, horse facility, carrige house and guesthouse.
Brides and his wife, Susan Geston, purchased the compound in 2014 for $ 6.9 million, and remodeled the interior in 2016. It was built in 1919 by James Osborne Craig. The 3 thousand 300-square-feet main property has one story with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
