Karmen Yapı Küçükçekmece will be located near by Küçükçekmece Lake.
Karmen Yapı Küçükçekmece will be branch out 40,000 square meters ground with 778 housing and 27 commercial units. There will be 10 blocks, 8 of 10 will be for housing and 2 of them will be for commercial units.
The project is also consisted of 1,200 square meters construction and 30,000 square meters ground for autopark.
10,000 m2 is formed as commercial unit. 19 stores will be in the commercial block, 8 of it will be in the first floors of the housing blocks. The commercial blockes designed as 15 floors high.
Karmen Yapı Küçükçekmece project comprised of 78 studio, 377 of it is 1+1 ,188 of it is 2+1 125 of it is 3+1, 10 of it is 4+1 respectively 35m2, 50m2, 85m2, 110 m2 and 240 m2.
