Kiptas will build the project of urban transformation in Suleymaniye district at Fatih.
The project had suspended because of disagreement between homeowners and Kıptas Construction for seven years.
But all works and negotiations started again.
It will cover 131.000 m2 land but 29.373 m2 area is construction area.Project contains autopark
for 189 cars.
Suleymaniye urban transformation area is covering 131.000 m2 that announced in 2006.
There are 319 historical monument, 26 art monument and 732 buildings in district of Suleymaniye.
Historical buildings are restoring again.
