Büyükkarıştıran Mayor Lütfü Karaman has stated that, the developments of Canal İstanbul will increase the value of the district within 5 years. The real estate prices will considerably be risen. Büyükkarıştıran, that is in middle of the Thrace and connected to the Lüleburgaz, is located at equal distance between Black Sea and Marmara Sea.
Mr. Karaman has pointed out that, the district is developing day by day. Büyükkarıştıran is 60 km away from Canal İstanbul and 50 km from 3rd airport. The square meters of improved lands’ prices have increased 100 dollars from 30 dollars. The land prices will 3-fold increase within 5 years.
