A rapidly growing consumer market in Dubai has led Lego to open a new office in Dubai. Lego’s new office in the Dubai Design District was officially opened.

Danish toy manufacturer Lego will give jobs to approximately 25 workers after increasing its activities in the region.

It is estimated there will be 125 million children aged 0-14 years in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region by 2028.

Julia Goldin, Lego’s global chief marketing officer, said, “We want to reach as many kids as possible especially in areas that we haven’t been as prominently as before.”

She added that opening this office is a real commitment to engaging as many kids as possible in this area over the coming years.

Lego sells approximately 70 billion building blocks each year. Those sales brought in roughly $5.3 billion. Besides, the company has been active in the region for nearly 55 years but the six stores and a theme park in Dubai have all been the result of relationships with partners.
