LPA Urban will develop mixed use property in SC
The Lat Purser & Associates division LPA Urban plans to create boutique retail and creative office space in the SC city center.
LPA Urban bought an former auto dealerhip in the heart of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Şirekt will turn this property into a multi-tenant boutique retail and creative office space of 20,000 square feet. Studies are scheduled to begin this summer. The project will also be completed by the end of 2019.
Mark Miller, LPA Urban Broker, said, “A downtown location that’s walkable to nearby restaurants and breweries and convenient to University Center, Winthrop and Fountain Park, 119 Oakland Ave. has everything we look for in an urban infill property.”
The 1.4 acre propety includes an 18,000 square foot former dealerdhip building and another standalone building that encompasses 2,100 square feet. The asset is located at 119 Oakland Ave. The main building’s renovations include new facade and storefronts and an 1,800 square foot common area with outdoor seating and meeting space for tenants. Ideal for a boutique retailer or restaurant, the smaller building will undergo a complete overhaul to include a new patio and storefront openings.
