Mekan Yapı has announced that the housing complex will be located on the European side of İstanbul in Mahmutbey Göztepe which is a part of the Bağcılar district. Conveniently located and next to the Mahmutbey underground station.
Metro Center Bağcılar will be constructed on 12,564 square meter grounds of which 43,000 square meters will be reserved for buildings. The starting date for constructions is not determined yet.
Metro Center Bağcılar will consist of 160 apartments and 28 stores. Apartment types are 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom. Prices start at TL 3,000 per square meter.
This housing complex also has sports and play grounds, swimming pools and other recreational facilities.
