The chief executive of Microsoft Corp.,Satya Nadalla has put his Seattle home for sale for $3.48 million in Clyde Hill, according to the Los Angeles Times report.Clyde Hill is a city located about 1.5 to 2 miles east of the City of Seattle and is bordered by the cities and towns of Bellevue, Kirkland, Medina, Yarrow Point and Hunts Point.
Nadella purchased the house nearly two decades ago for $1.385 million.The the contemporary-style home was built in 1963.
Formal living and dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen and a family room are included in 4,050 square feet of open-plan space. A lofted office/library space overlooks the living room area.
Four bedrooms and three bathrooms include a master suite complete with a rain shower. There are also two fireplaces.
NadNadella, 48, joined Microsoft in 1992 and previously led the technology giant’s cloud and enterprise group. He was named CEO in 2014, replacing the retired Steve Ballmer.
