Founded in 1896, the German company MünchenerHyp will provide a long-term in the several hundred million euro. The company firm’s aim financing the purchase of the Garden Tower in Frankfurt.


One of the most important buildings of Frankfurt, the Garden Tower has an area of 127 square meters. The building, which is suitable for long term rentals, has 17 tenants. The building has more than 27,000 leasable office space.

“We are pleased to be involved in this first joint financing project with GEG. THE transaction is part of our strategy to support large volume core invesments as sole underwriter” says Dr. Louise Hagen, Chairman of the Board of Management of MünchenerHyp.
