President of Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKI) Ahmet Haluk Karabel evaluated the past year of Administration. Karabel said that particularly on the field of low-cost housing, housing sector has been funded with 10,5 billion Turkish Liras.
Karabel referred that the needs of new housings estimated as 814 thousand, in 2014. “TOKI will continue the works to close housing deficit and balance between supply and demand on the housing sector, which are incumbent on it.”
“Because of this, we will continue to lead the planned urbanization with keeping quality at the forefront. Our biggest expectation is that to improve the construction sector’s production and service quality as international standards and generate demands as high value-added and sustainable structure.”
