Gaziosmanpasa urban transformation area is gaining new project more, Eksiogulları A.S which is partner of an American firm took in charge of the project. The project will span over 170,000 square meters ground which is consisted of residence and commercial units.
Eksiogulları Gaziosmanpasa project composed of 1420 residence and also spanning over 80,000 m2 commercial units.
Commercial units are designed as street shop concept because of Turkish neighborhood tradition. Each of blocks will have commercial units under the project.
Total construction area will span over 700,000 m2 ground with its ameinities which are swimming pool, walking paths, sport fields, sauna, fitness center, play grounds for kids.
The project will be constructed as 22 different types and apartments are designed as 2 bedroom 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom types.
The construction will be started in 2 months. The sale process expected to start in Fall season.
