Miknatis Kent is being built by Emlak Konut GYO spanning over 110 hectare piece of land which is located in Basaksehir Hosdere, The first stage was begun with Bahcekent Emlak Konutlari.
The project is being building as satillite town spaning over 1 million 130,000 m2 piece of land which will consists of 20,000 residants on it. Mikanatis Kent will be an attraction area which 1,5 million population that will live.
Miknatis Kent will consist of residences, commercial units, education, healthy and religion facilities. Under the project shopping malls will be situated in outdoor area. Transportation will be supplied by tramways in the project. Therefore there will be no traffic in this area.
One of the stages of Miknatis Kent Hosdere project, Bahcekent Emlak Konutlari second stage will start agency by Izka Insaat and DAg Muhendislik for TL 320 million. the contaract was signed on 22nd December 2013.
