According to TUİK search , office supply passed 3,5 milliom m2.The target is 6,5 million m2.

Cansel Turgut Yazıcı who is the CEO of Real Estate Appraisal Consultancy said that the highest compactness ratio area of İstanbul is Levent -Etiler -Maslak district.

Yazıcı said: “This area draw attention that having  the highest rent value but airport area that edentified West area is the lowest rent value.

Anatolia Side compete with Europen Side.

There are 1 million m2 supply in Europen side more than Anatolia side.

Cansel Turgut Yazıcı said: “When we look at new projects, projects make progress worth Europen side with affecting of Finance center.

Demand Increase Expectation.
