The old theater building on the Australian Gold Coast was put on sale. The old theater building was launched by Colliers International Gold Coast and Black & Young Commercial.

The former hotel building is located on 64 Goodwin Terrace and 1823 Gold Coast Highway. Theater will be sold on April 30, 2019.

The theater building will be sold for the first time in 45 years. The building was built in 1912, according to the Gold Coast Cityscope. In 1930s it was operated as a cinema. By the 1970s, it was used as a commercial / retail space. Tenants include Cold Rock Ice Creamery, Montezuma’s Mexican Restaurant, Envirotech Training Institute, and Surfing Queensland Inc.

The total net of buildings consists of 1,428 square meters. The old building has an excellent location with direct beach front to Burleigh Beach. Annual net net income is $ 656,884.88 per year. The yearly net income is $ 865,000.
