Taurus Investment Holdings has sold Orlando office campus for $33.5 million.

Jefferson River Capital has acquires Reserve at Maitland from Taurus Investment Holdings. The property was sold for $33.5 million. BankUnited provided the buyer with $23.5 million in acquisition financing.


Reserve at Maitland is located at 30, 65 and 70 S. Keller Road, Orlando. It is situated a stone’s throw from Interstate 4, 7 miles north of downtown Orlando.

Completed in 2001, property is 196,835 square foot Class B office campus. In addition, it consist of three building. The property is fully leased to Sunshine Health, Spectrum and Alere.

According to a news CP Executive, Maitland at Reserve last changed hands in January 2016, when Taurus paid $17.1 million for the asset.
