Tebyan Real Estate Development has sold over 70 percent of luxury apartments – including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units – at its 373-unit development Sparkle Towers in Dubai Marina, as it prepares for handover.

The project is located on one of the last remaining plots in Dubai Marina. It is a twin tower development consisting of 29 and 14 storeys respectively and connected by a four floor residential podium, set in a vibrant waterfront community. Sparkle Tower boasts two penthouses, a host of amenities and a range of retail units.

The unique architecture of the two interconnected towers, is superbly enhanced by 1,700 exterior lights that fade in and out a striking sequence, echoing the brilliance of its Swarovski studded interiors.
