Pakistan’s real estate market unfazd by economic shocks
Pakistan’s economy has been in the biggest troubles for the last 10 years. Despite this, the real estate sector has not experienced a major dip.
The current government, according to analysts pakistani government did not provide a recovery package from the International Monetary Fund.
Despite this, the real estate sector in the country is in good condition.
Lahore-based realtor Abdul Ghafoor remarked “The market has not crashed, genuine buyers and sellers are still present, however, we cannot call this a great phase for the realty sector.”
Experts say, pakistan real estate market will stay the same in the near future.
All major cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Gujranwala and Multan fluctuated merely 1%.
