Quadoro Doric took a mixed-use building in Helsinki. AIF Vontobel Quadoro Doric, portfolio manager of Sustainable Real Estate Europe, bought a mixed-use historic building in Helsinki. The name of the building is Diana.

The sale of the building named Diana was the first acquisition of AIF in Finland. Companies did not disclose the value of the sales transaction. The seller is a Svenska Folkskolans Vänner RF.

The building was built in 1898, and the building is spread over 3,400 square meters. The building has a partially developed roof and is spread over four floors. The office floor has retail stores, while the upper floor has offices and apartments.

Other facilities include an underground park. The property is conveniently located in the historic city center of Helsinki.

Michael Denk, Managing Director of the fund‘s AIFM, commented: “The above-average conditions for real estate investments and positive economic development coupled with the attractive fundamentals of the real estate market in Finland were among the factors which prompted us to purchase this property in Helsinki.”
