Raddison formalises two new hotels deals in Kingdom
The Radisson Hotel Group has announced two new hotels in Saudi Arabia with Saudi property developer and investor Sulaiman Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi and real estate development company Al-Rajhi Investments.
Two hotels: Park Hotel, Makkah Al Rahma, by Radisson Hotel, Makkah Al Rahma and Radisson Hotel have upgraded the Radisson Hotel group’s portfolio in Saudi Arabia to more than 10,000 hotels, both in operation and under construction. Moreover, hotels will open in the second quarter of 2021.
Furthermore, the new properties will be in Mecca’s Mahbas Al-Jin district, just two kilometers from Haram. Radisson Hotel, Makkah Al Rahma will have 190 rooms, including 150 rooms at the Radisson Hotel’s Midshaw Al Rahma. Both facilities will have an all-day dining restaurant, a meeting room, male and female gyms, and individual prayer rooms.

Besides, Younes decided that the UK focused market for the Radisson’s growth, and the company decided to work with its local partners.
