The Real Estate Development Chamber signed a cooperation protocol with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) in order to promote mutual real estate investment between developers in Egypt and the UAE.

The protocol aims to exchange expertise on several levels including the technological and technical fronts, encompassing a record of all real estate transactions. Further, issuing indicators describe market activity and information on several investment opportunities.

In the International Property Show (IPS) confence Shoukry added that the protocol includes cooperation in the legal aspect to study legislation. It regulates the real estate sector in the two countries, and sharing their experince in this regard.

Majida Ali Rashid, the assistant director general of the DLD, said: “The IPS includes very distingguished projects, pointing out that the cooperation between the government. The private sector increases the strength of the real estate sector.

The IPS is being held in the period from 10 to 13 January.
