The project is being prepared by Bayburt municipality that a ground breaking ceremony is held for new project.The projec is composed of 50 apartments.

Haci Ali Polat who is the mayor of Bayburt said that there would construct 50 apartments at the first stage.Apartment sizes are ranging from 50m2 to 120m2.

Apartment prices start at TL50,000.The project is spreading on 60,000m2 and has 700 apartment production capacity.

The project is designed for living in out of bayburt population.90 percent of Bayburt population are living in out of town.So the project was developed in the scope of this situation for summer times.
