Singapore’s URA launches two sites at Fourth Avenue and Jiak Kim Street
Singapore’s Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two sites for sale today under the 1st Half 2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
The residential site at Fourth Avenue and another residential site with commercial at 1st storey at Jiak Kim Street are made available for application under the Reserve List. Together, these two sites can potentially yield about 970 residential units.
The land parcel is located within an established private residential estate in Bukit Timah. It is next to the Sixth Avenue MRT Station and well-connected via major arterial roads and Pan Island Expressway.
Various shopping, dining and entertainment options are available at Coronation Plaza and Grandstand. Reputable schools such as Nanyang Girls’ High School, National Junior College, Hwa Chong Institution and Raffles Girls’ Primary School are also nearby.

The Land Parcel enjoys a waterfront view of the historic Singapore River with direct access to the river promenade accompanied by a good mix of retail, dining and entertainment options.
The future development is within reach of all city’s attractions and conveniences. The Central Business District at Raffles Place and Marina Bay, convention and exhibition hub at Suntec City and the shopping cum entertainment hub at Orchard Road are only a few minutes away.
The site is easily accessible via the Central Expressway (CTE), the future Havelock and Great World MRT Stations along the upcoming Thomson East Coast Line.
