Sun Hill Properties buys two hotels in Colorado
Sun Hill Properties Inc. has acquired the two Marriot brand hotel. The company plans to upgrade both hotels.
The assets include 99 key hotel, TownePlace Suites Denver Southwest and 94 key propety, The TownePlace Suites Colorado Springs Garden of the Gods. In addition, the hotels under the Marriott umbrella.
The three story building, The TownePlace Suites Denver Southwest is located at at 10902 W. Toller Drive, in Littleton. The hotel offers convenient acces to various shopping, dining and entertainment venues including the Denver Botanic Gardens and Eagle Meadows Park. It includes a barbecue and picnic area, on-site laundry, beauty shop, valet dry-cleaning service, fitness center, business center and an outdoor swimming pool.
The TownePlace Suites Colorado Springs Garden of the Gods is located at 4760 Centennial Blvd. It offers convenient access to Pikes Peak, hiking trails, cycling competitions and other actives. It includes a business center, barbecue area, valet dry- cleaning service, local restaurant delivery, car rental, fitness center and seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
