Swig company says it uses artificial intelligence in building developments
San Francisco-based private real estate investment company Swig said that the buildings use artificial intelligence in their development. Swig said the use of artificial intelligence reduces energy consumption.
Swig, which has a large number of real estate properties across the US, has partnered with the technology company Gridium, which specializes in intelligent data. The purpose of the partnership was to provide satisfactory work environments for tenants, accurate measurement and verification analyzes, and approval of successful energy efficiency projects.
According to Gridium, building operators will not waste time navigating data analysis to identify inefficient buildings. Instead of machine learning algorithms will be calculated automatically based on meters and weather data.
In 2017, the US real estate sector reduced water consumption by 0.5%, waste storage areas by 52.9% and similar carbon emissions by 2.2%. According to the assessment, the sector has reduced energy consumption by 1.1%. In North America, discounts were even higher.
The Swig Company has been working in the areas of investment, development and partnership in the US real estate market for years. Based in San Francisco, the company is a private real estate investment enterprise. The company was founded in 1936 by Benjamin Swig.
